Secret Trap - Repentance

The original makes your opponent's minon's health to 1, making it extremerly vulnarable cards against like Knife Juggler, Fan of Knives, Flame  Juggler, Fiery Bat, ect.

Of course, that effect is permanemt, but in YGO would be OP, so I limited to one turn, so the oppenent will not attack with the summoned monster, but could be used for anything else (Xyz-, Synchro-, whatever Summon, ect)
